Orders and Payment:
Orders: All orders for Artworks are subject to availability and acceptance by the Artist. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect pricing, typographical errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Pricing: The purchase price for each Artwork is displayed on the Website. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, shipping, or handling charges, unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all such charges.
Payment: Payment for Artworks must be made at the time of order placement through the payment methods accepted on the Website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an Artwork, you may request a return within 7 days of receipt.
7 Day Return Policy:
The Humanlego will honor a 7-day period following the delivery of the artwork for any issues within the control of The Humanlego.This includes any product defects, assembly issues, damages while in transit.If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product you purchased, and this is due to factors under our control, we will replace or refund your purchase. Shipping, handling, and any applicable custom fees are non-refundable. For any issues with your order, please contact us at info@thehumanlego.comwithin 7 days of delivery.
Cancellation:
All of our orders are custom prints and not mass-produced products that can be resold after production has started. Any order may be cancelled within the first 48 hours after the order is placed. Once production has been started, we cannot cancel any order without incurring a fee for the materials used, 50% of the value of the order. This will go to ensure that the material is then recycled appropriately from the warehouse and to cover the expense of the material used to begin the production.
